Shipping & Returns


We ship worldwide via USPS Express shipping services. We ship within 10 business days of clear payments. Tracking information will be provided when you item has been shipped. Your signature will be required when accepting your item.

All International customers are responsible for any Duties, Taxes and Fees that may be applied to their packages from customs.


ND Trading Enterprises strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in all transactions. All sales are final unless specified in the listings.

We do allow returns for purchases if the item does not meet the descriptions and will allow a credit for the purchase price or a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and 20% restocking fee (50% restocking for custom orders). A refund or credit will only be given if the merchandise is returned to ND Trading in the exact same condition as originally shipped.

We do ask customers to adhere to the following return policy:

Contact ND Trading Enterprises within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and inform us that you would like to make a return. Return the merchandise to us by way of an insured carrier. Make sure the merchandise is packed securely and that the proper amount of insurance is indicated.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, ND Trading Enterprises will need to verify the condition, serial number, etc. and issue the credit or refund minus shipping and 10% restocking fee. An item that has been modified by you in any way is non-refundable.
